Work location: mainly Wroclaw and surrounding areas, possibly elsewhere in Poland.
Job Description:
- Comprehensive management of investments from the start to completion.
- Supervision of work execution.
- Organization of construction site activities.
- Management of material resources on-site (preparing material summaries).
- Collaboration with the Investor and other external entities from the valuation stage to the project’s completion.
- Developing work schedules.
- Quality control and timeliness of work performed.
- Verification of technical documentation and reporting progress to the company’s headquarters.
- Coordinating subcontractors and in-house teams.
- Settling subcontractor and budget accounts, as well as controlling orders and material deliveries.
- Coordinating the implementation of all health and safety tasks and actions to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations on the construction site throughout its duration.
- Preparing reports from partial and final inspections.
- Close cooperation with other departments in the company.
- Preparing calculations for alternative and additional work, as well as minor estimates.
- Participation in the commissioning of installations and technical inspections.
Requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial/engineering position.
- Unlimited construction management qualifications (for the manager position).
- Membership in the Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers (for the manager position).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Availability.
- Category B driving license.
